Managed outbound · by Everlit
Pipeline that never goes dark.
We find US companies with a reason to buy now, research them, write and send the outreach, handle the replies and book qualified meetings on your calendar.
Setup is free. You pay nothing until the first qualified meeting happens — then a flat monthly fee, month to month.
For US B2B SaaS · seed to Series A · 10–150 people · demo-led sales
- Raised a round in the last 90 days
- Hiring a role that uses your product
- New leader in the buyer’s function
- A past champion moved companies
- A qualified meeting on your calendarWith a one-page brief on the company and the person
The problem
You need a repeatable channel before your next round.
Series A investors look for a repeatable acquisition channel and deals closed by someone other than the founder. The classic answer — hire SDRs — is expensive, slow, and often doesn’t work.
$110–173k
Fully loaded yearly cost of one US SDR seat, with 3–6 months of ramp before results.
Glencoco, 202650–70%
Yearly customer churn of fully autonomous AI SDR tools.
Autobound, 2026$2.5M
Median ARR at Series A in 2025 — the bar your channel has to help you reach.

Managed outbound
We run outbound, from signal to meeting.
You take the meetings. We do everything before them, and you see every account, its signal, every email and its status.
Won-deal analysis
We study your closed-won deals to learn who actually buys, then map the signals that fit your product.
Accounts with a reason
Sourcing and research: accounts with a signal, fit checks, the right roles, verified emails and facts for personalization.
Outreach you approve
Sequences built on facts you can check. Nothing goes out before you approve the copy.
Safe sending
Separate domains registered in your name, warmup, limits and CAN-SPAM. Never your main domain.
Reply handling
We sort replies, draft the answer and send your booking link, so interest turns into a meeting on your calendar.
A brief before every meeting
One page on the company and the person, synced to your CRM.
Weekly report
A short Loom and the numbers: sends, replies, positive replies, meetings, what we learned and the next test.
Tools and data included
Domains, inboxes, sending software and contact data are on us, up to 1,000 new contacts a month.
Signals
A signal is a reason to write, not proof of need.
We tune the signal set to your product using your won deals. For each signal we spell out what happened, why it might create a job for your product, and what we check before writing. Typical signals for SaaS:
| Signal | Why it may matter | What we check first |
|---|---|---|
| A past user or buyer moved to a new company | Knows your product and may bring it in, if the new company has the same job to be done | The new role touches your product, and the company doesn’t already use it |
| Hiring for a role that works with your product | The job your product does is appearing or growing | The posting is recent, still open and really about that function |
| Uses a competitor or an adjacent tool | Context for a comparison or an integration | They use it now, not just according to stale technology data |
| Raised a round in the last 90 days | May be resetting priorities and investing in growth. A round doesn’t mean budget for your category | Date and stage from the primary source, and what the money is for |
| New leader in the buyer’s function, last 90 days | Often reviews processes and tools in the first months | The start date, and that the function matches your buyer |
| Visited your website | Someone there saw your site; their intent and role are unknown | Repeat visits, which pages, and fit with your ICP |
| Public complaints about a competitor | Some dissatisfaction, but not proven willingness to switch | Recency, and that the author works there and is involved in buying |
Signals alone rarely give enough volume, so we tier your market: several signals, one signal, ICP fit only. The best writing goes to the top tier. You see the tier of every account, and accounts without a signal never get a “why now” email.
How it works
Free until the first qualified meeting.
Spark
Send us your website and who you sell to. After a few questions about your ICP, we send 25 US companies in your market with a why-now signal, 3 draft emails and an estimate of how many accounts you can reach.
First Light
Two to three weeks of setup: won-deal review, ICP and signal map, domains in your name, warmup and copy for your approval. Then we start sending — free until the first qualified meeting happens.
Always-On
From that meeting on, a flat monthly fee. We keep finding accounts, writing, sending, handling replies and booking meetings, with a weekly report and one or two agreed tests.
Torch
When you hire your own SDR, we can set up the signal flow in your stack, train them and support the first weeks. Priced separately.

Pricing
$3,000 a month, from the first qualified meeting
For our first three clients, with the same scope for each. The price holds for 6 months from your first payment. We’d rather earn the first invoice than ask for trust.
- Setup and sending are free until the first qualified meeting happens on your calendar.
- The first payment covers the next 30 days, counted from that meeting. The free period is never billed.
- A flat monthly fee, not a per-meeting charge. Month to month: cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid period.
- Domains, inboxes, sending software and contact data are included.
- No qualified meeting after 60 days of sending? Either side can stop, and you owe nothing.
- In return: short feedback calls, and the option of a case study based on real results, published only with your approval.
Places are limited. A short fit call comes before the start, and the terms are written into the contract.

No borrowed logos. We show the work instead.
We don’t have published client case studies yet. So you see real accounts in your market first, and we get paid only after a qualified meeting has happened.
You see the work first
Spark shows real accounts in your market before any call, and you pay only after a qualified meeting has happened.
We built it for ourselves first
The same system finds and researches the companies we reach out to.
Yours if you leave
Domains are registered in your name. If you stop, you keep them, plus the copy, sequences, contact history and playbook, free of charge.
Not an AI SDR on autopilot
Every message rests on a checkable fact, a person reviews the research, and you approve the copy.
Your domain stays safe
Never from your main domain: separate domains, warmup, limits, an address and unsubscribe in every email.
Founder-led
The founder does the work, with no hand-off to juniors. Contracts and invoices through a California LLC, in USD.

FAQ
Questions founders ask
Is this an AI SDR?
No. An AI SDR rents you an autonomous sender. We run outbound for you as a managed service: our system finds accounts with a reason to buy now, a person checks the research, and every email rests on a fact you can verify and copy you have approved.
How is this different from an outbound agency?
Most agencies work on volume and want markets of tens of thousands of contacts, usually with a retainer from day one. We work narrower markets with signals and research, start for free, and charge only once a qualified meeting has happened.
Do you guarantee meetings?
Not yet. We don’t have client data to back a number, and we won’t invent one. Instead, you pay nothing until the first qualified meeting happens, and if 60 days of sending bring none, either side can stop with nothing owed. We’ll offer a guarantee once our own numbers support it.
What happens after the first meeting?
Your monthly subscription starts. The first payment covers the next 30 days from that meeting, and the free period is never billed. It’s a flat fee, not a per-meeting charge, and you can cancel anytime; it ends with the paid period. Segments, signals, monthly reach and tests are set in a one-page proposal.
What do you need from us?
A kickoff call and access to your CRM, or a list of current customers and open deals, so we can learn from won deals and leave active ones alone. Copy approval within 48 hours, and meetings held within 5 business days of booking. Tools and data are on us.
Will you send email from our domain?
Never from your main domain. We register separate sending domains in your name, warm them up and keep volumes within safe limits. Every email carries a physical address and an unsubscribe option, as CAN-SPAM requires.
How fast do you handle replies?
We work US Eastern mornings to early afternoon. Replies that arrive later get a drafted answer and booking link ready for the next morning, sent after a check.
What if we hire our own SDR?
We can hand over the signal flow: set it up in your stack on your own data accounts, train your SDR and support the first weeks. That handover, Torch, is priced separately. If you simply stop, the basic handover of domains, copy, sequences, contact history and playbook is free.
See your signals before we talk.
Tell us your website and who you sell to. If it looks like a fit, we’ll ask a few questions about your ICP and send 25 US companies with a why-now signal for your product, 3 draft emails and an estimate of your reachable market. Free, no call required.
Request received.
We’ll reply to within 2 business days, either with a few questions about who you sell to or to let you know if we aren’t the right fit. A confirmation email is on its way.
